the iCRM® application. This means that you can turn around your quotes to customers and
prospects very quickly, without added administrative time and redundant data entry.

iQuote uses a product price database containing parts, kits, pricing and discounting
information. It has the full capability of maintenance and updating.
The iCRM® open architecture enables an easy interface with other business systems to keep
this product price database continuously updated.
Complete Quote Tracking and History: iQuote keeps track of your quotes from quote entry to
close of the sale. Quotes that are lost or expired can be tracked as well. iQuote makes it
easy for a rep or a manager to follow up on quote activity. Complete quote activity
analysis is available by rep, product, contact, or account.
